Jeff seems to me to be the member of the band that gets the least aprecciation,tis a shame personally I think he rocks as harder than anyone, he is such a powerful musical and spiritual source within the band, come on, who agrees???

    YES I agree, Jeff is fucking awesome, he's so talented, artistically and musically.

    Absolute appreciation for Jeff Ament!!! No one takesd his job on stage more seriously than Jeff. He is like a machine on stage with his bass. I love his stance on stage when he is really working his magic.

    I think his greatest virtue is his ability to sacrifice appearance for music, i.e. he dosent try to show off his talent by some crazy bass solo or complicated riff, he just grooves!

    Yeah i was thinking earlier today that of all the different music I like, Ament is probably the stand out favorite musician. Around here thats nothing special but to me it seemed prettyy profound.


    One day I'll meet him and say 'theres one of the most beautiful places in the world way that almost no other human being knows about, heres the directions'. I just can't think of anything more fittting.

    we really should. i've never seen him wear one at any of the shows i've been to... he stopped before i ever got to see any. i just want the black hat to make an appearance on the next tour!
