Looks like Jeff will get to enjoy his Montana summer? 😊I was swimming in the Great Barrier Reef
Animals were hiding behind the Coral
Except for little Turtle
I could swear he's trying to talk to me

If Calgary is the final city on that leg, then it would likely be winter time.
Bring your PJ scarfs.

So what was the difference in 2024?💰💰💰, and they still at the end of the day they most likely would've been sold out or very close to it. Is a show that is 90% sold not considered successful?
Manchester wasnt sold right out, but it didnt help that tm held back all those level 2 seats until a week before the show, and they were pricey as shit.Should they be touring for 2022 money in 2025? If they can see more fans and sell more tickets elsewhere for more money, should they pass that up? Eventually they should return but the Euro market seemed very indifferent this year.0 -
You are giving the impression that this is a completely normal and justifiable inflation. But it is not. The prices in 2024 were completely disproportionate for Europe. This is shown by the fact that all other artists who have already announced their concerts for 2025 and sold tickets are significantly cheaper than Pearl Jam in 2024. And in some cases cheaper than in 2022. I can only think of one artist who charged an even higher entry ticket price in Europe in 2024. Adele. With her mobile stadium for 80,000 people, which was set up especially for ten concerts in Munich. That says a lot.0

PJ will need to wait for the market to catch up then because this is the first poorly sold tour they e done in Europe. Also, there’s a difference between £160 for golden circle/premium seats and trying to sell whole venues at this price.Oasis had incredible demand, particularly in the UK. So not a great comparison to use. Would be interest to see how GNR sells though.'F*** the pessimists. F*** 'em.' Eddie Vedder0

For the Foo Fighters I paid £ 95 for the middle tier with a great view close to the stage.
For Bruce Spingsteen I bought a ticket for 2025 in the upper tier with a good view for € 110.
For Green Day at the Ziggo Dome in Amsterdam, I got a ticket in the lower tier right next to the stage for € 99. The most expensive thing you could buy. Same price right at the front in the Golden Circle. The band is charging € 70 for GA tickets. Front row upper tier with a fantastic view of the stage for € 60.
Guns N' Roses 2025 in Düsseldorf starts at € 95 in the upper tier. Closer to the stage around 110 euros. Only the lower tier is € 159 euros.
Pearl Jam is the only company that has dared to call up a standard price of € 175 to the back row. And we now know how that turned out.

2014 - Milwaukee
2016 - Fenway N1
2018 - Wrigley N1
2022 - Oakland N1
2023 - St Paul N1
2024 - Wrigley N20 -
My own rationale used to be to think well of PJ for not charging more for best seats/front standing, thinking they’re doing it so it’s not just the richest fans who get to be at the front. Last tour was more like, they only want the wealthiest fans in the stadium! Turns out there’s not enough of them here.'F*** the pessimists. F*** 'em.' Eddie Vedder0

I went to Europe this past summer for the Euro and PJ. Germany, France, and Spain. Last minute hotel rooms in Euro host cities were 100 euros. Tickets to the games in the knockout rounds were less than a regular season NBA game. Everyone is well aware that GA tickets in Barcelona were easy to get. I had an incredible 4 course meal in Barcelona for 32 euros.
"Things" are just way cheaper in Europe these days compared to the US. A band charging $200US for an upper deck ticket is not in touch with the market. Especially a band that plays the same 8-10 cities every 2 years.0 -

Six Canadian shows between 2017 and 2024.

Hartford sells out every time. It draws the NYC and the Boston fans. PJ still offers good value, but it is clear, at least to me, their management is maximizing revenue at this point. I am surprised at the mid-atlantic/southeast tour dates. I would not have guessed that. You never know with this band.0

I don't know the details, but word in the past has been the promoter in QC prevents Montreal from happening on the same tour. Do with that what you will. As a Masshole, Montreal is much easier to get to than QC.
