    Fan Club Member 133XXX requested N1 Pittsburgh, denied!   First time in almost 30 years of being in the fan club to have NOT gotten tickets.   I joined in the club 1996.  Been to (18) shows since 1996, all gotten through fan club ticketing.

    This happened to me in the spring when I won tickets for Baltimore.  I got the email confirmation but the ticket claim email never showed up.  I emailed Ticketmaster a couple times and they told me to be patient it would arrive.  After a few days I emailed the ten club.  They told me to wait another 48 hours and email them again if they didn’t show up.  I sent a follow up email to the ten club when they didn’t show up after the 48 hours and the next day I got the email to claim the tickets.  I think I was inadvertently skipped when they assigned tickets.  But it worked out in my favor because I won P2 tickets (upper level) and the tickets they ended up sending me were lower level.  Took about 10 days to resolve but worth the wait because of the upgraded seats.

    Another disappointing pre sale for me.  Wouldn't even let me in the lobby.  Shouldn't be this hard to figure out a better way after 30 years.  I am going to Tool in the Sand instead. They will take my money...
