    Okay so I did see the big link, and selected the 2 pitt shows - when I go to TM I don't see a page like this when I search PJ - just a regular page with the list of presales starting tomorrow...it's been a long year and I apparently have no brain cells left. why can't I find this page with my selections?
    omg please ignore that, the quarter brain cell found this page. Man I'm pissed I missed the 10c link.

    Has anyone received the emailed link to purchase the Artist Presale tickets yet? Website said it would be sent the day before but I haven’t seen it yet. I did verify that I signed up for 5 shows in the artist presale Ticketmaster location.

    Not yet. They’re releasing seat assignments by show first, then AP reminder emails.

    Apologies if this is a redundant question, but is your spot in the queue for presale randomized or does getting in the waiting room at a specific time help? In the past, I’ve tried getting in early as well as refreshing right before queue opens and have never had luck getting close to front..

    Anyone sign up for presale but didn’t get the email today? I never got an email but according to the website I made my four selections.

    So if you signed up for the maximum 5 shows for Artist Presale, how can you try for all 5 shows at one time?   They all start at the same time  :o

    I'd use multiple browsers on a desktop, in addition to your phone if all of those things are viable. I'd suggest against using multiple tabs in the same browser but that still might work. It's a lot of juggling, and your placement in each queue when it opens at 10am will really be the determining factor in what you can pull off lol. Best of luck!

    You might run into an issue with multiple devices using the same account. I did that back in 2016 and it worked, but not sure about now.

    I thought I read in the official rules, that if you are using more than one device, they will kick you off altogether.  Of course, maybe I’m wrong - I can’t keep up with all these changes - makes my brain explode!  🤯   Did anyone else read this rule?

    That might happen if you're using tabs in the same browser. I saw a ton of Tori Amos shows last summer; several shows went on sale in the same time zone at the same time and I had zero issues using the same TM account on Firefox, Edge and Chrome. Coordination was really the hardest part, remembering what show was on what browser.

    That might happen if you're using tabs in the same browser.     That's would definitely happen in the past but it also happens when using two different devices (computer and phone) or using a regular browser window and Incognito browsers. The queues were tied to the TM id and limited to one line. We will find out if it's changes in about an hour.

    I was in both FL presales yesterday, same device/browser/acct, it works because it's separate "events"
