so, my local got these in for me. a couple things for the collector/ocd folks to note just comparing my vegas 1 nugs cdr to the retail cd version:

    - packaging and art is largely the same, including the clear outer wrap and cardsleeves with stickers. the cd does have a upc printed on the sleeve sticker, and the printed tracklist is compressed a bit as a result. the text color of the date on the cd is different, too. otherwise everything else looks pretty much the same.
    - cds are pressed at furnace record pressing.
    - all cds note that they were mastered at RFI by ed brooks, and NOT resonant by rachel field as they are on the nugs cdrs (and as was noted in the press release).

The app is great. For PJ, goes as far back at 1992. Now, shows pre 2000 are mostly vault shows. But 2000 on is all in there. You also get the current tour about a month or so after the shows happen. About 500+ PJ.

If you like Jack White/White Stripes, he has tons on there. Some good Isbell, King Gizzard, Billy Strings, Metallica, My Morning Jacket, and a host of other jam bands.

All of the above is streaming, but you can purchase for download and/or cd.

  • Yes @demetrios I can't believe you got to meet the legend Mark Richards!  I'm a surfer and he was one of my heroes as a kid, so stylish and I hear a Mega PJ fan. His Newcastle Setlist was a blinder such and epic Bootleg!

Can I get peoples recommendations on best 2 bootlegs for this tour?   We only went to the UK Manchester Gig , which even though Eddie was ill, it was one of our families most memorable gigs. We were sat lower tier stage right and Eddie noticed my youngest boy dancing like crazy and Eddie had given a Tambourine to a roadie/security guard and during Alive Eddie came to our side, pointed and said  "He's been dancing all night" and he got the guy to throw it up to my lad who caught it, he was blown away. I get all our gigs on CD , but have 2 download codes. So which 2 were the best from this year?  Thanks in advance for the recommendations, PJ fans are the best :-)
