i honeslty dont know what exactly that line means, very abstract, but my own interperation of it is about wanting your soul to live on forever, your earthly boydy might die, but your spirit will live on forever, peole who get you down here cant touch you later in life, and i think its a little about suicide as well, the end line haunts me " some die just to live" ( especially having dealt with a family member and suicide) i really think too every song depends on your own life, what you been through and how you see things.

Daughter is about physical abuse (imho). I'm not sure if it's the mother that was actually the abusive one or just the one who ignores the abuse, because the lyrics fit both cases. Rearview Mirror, imho, is about the girl finally escaping the situation.

All about the same person to me. Listen to them in that order and keep the "daughter" in mind.
