If they had good customer service they would send that email out to everyone waiting. I mean im the era of Amazon waiting a month with zero info from customer service is kind of shitty customer service in my opinion, I have access to the shows through their subscription service so not missing out on listening to them but that’s not really the pointdemetrios said:0 -

I think it depends on where you order it and they seem to offer deals a lot. I ordered my through Apple with my iPhone so I'm currently paying $13.99 a month. It's a bit high but with all the PJ tour shows at this time it's worth it. Not sure in a year Ill still pay that but right now I don't mind. They have a ton of other groups on there as well if you are fan of listening to live shows. I've listened to a bunch of Bruce shows and some Dead shows.cutz said:

True they should of contacted us that there was a delay. I had to email them to see what's up.
