Tedeschi Trucks Band

We got out to see these guys in Vancouver on May 25. They are simply amazing I'm surprised they don't get more attention around here.Since then I watched or listened to a ton more on Nugs, net,  I see they're at the Beacon tonight and around NYC and the northeast over the next while.

  • They are a fantastically talented band. Matt Cameron sat in with them when they were in Seattle a few years ago.

Did they slow it down for him?  I'm kidding, I know they did.
  • 😂
Funny, in interviews with Matt, he talks about being trained in jazz, so maybe he just doesn’t get to flex that part of his musical talent?

Still grinning thinking about the shared stage b/t Ed and TTB. I truly never saw this one coming - and wasn't at the show - and am all smiles knowing two of my favorites made music together at Ohana. Hail hail to the lucky ones who were there to witness :sunglasses:

Great band especially live. I had the opportunity to meet them after a show a number of years ago. Susan and Derek were both very friendly.

Saw them with Gov't Mule earlier this month. It was GM's last night on the tour with TTB and they pulled out all the stops that night. Lots of jamming and shared stage time with Warren, Derek and Susan. Truly special musicians!

Couldn't have it any better myself jj as I was not there either. Great setlist too!

I'm seeing them again in a couple of weeks in St Augustine, FL. They put on one hell of a live show.
