    It's not that unusual for a #1 to succeed once they move on.  All of the pressure is off.  Mayfield, Darnold, Goff, and more.  Some guys can't handle that high first round pressure.

    IMO Fields has earned the starting spot at Pittsburgh. Solid improvement through each week. Looks very comfortable now. 1 int via a tipped ball that was a lucky catch off several bobbles in a scrum. Otherwise he's protecting the ball, using his feet judiciously and is starting to click with his receivers....

    Damn good pick up for a 6th round pick in trade.... and ONLY $1 million for Wilson.......

    Fields is another great example.  Although I think he was saddled with terrible coaching and even worse O line and skill positions.
