    state of love and trust is the greatest pearl jam song. i loved it so much, i got love and trust tattooed below my stickman.

    the song is simply incredible. that opening guitar riff.... that bleeding sound.... then the band kicks in and eddie screams... the song has ups and downs.... the bridge that solo... hey na na na.... thundering bass

    this is the most intense unbelieveable pearl jam song.... if everyone got a chance to hear it, it would convert them, however pearl jam downplayed its importance by putting it on a soundtrack and not releasing it as a single. it got cut from unplugged... a shame too,,, it was the best performance... if you have something that lets you download that, and if you haven't already, i suggest doing it!!!!!

    the lyrics. the questions. the agreements. this song offers so much to the listener. and it kicks their ass too.

    YEP! It's starts of a rockin, and does not plan on stopping. This song is TOO fuckin great and just SO damn classic. The intro is just so crisp and raw. And Ed's voice throughout the whole damn song is just fierce as hell!! And.......Whoa! Whoa! Whoa! This solo at the end here?!?! :eek: :o

    This is one of those songs u have to go mental for. You will be bouncing up and down at the concert and then they play this and its like someone plugs me in and I become this insane maniac. This is one song that I will never get sick of

    SOLAT is AWESOME!!! I loved how they played it early on in the setlist in Detroit 00 (I think that was the venue)

    They should open with State!!!
