                    Hey everyone
Looking for some help.
I cannot go to Fenway Night 1. I looked to see if I could transfer the tickets but says "Tickets cannot be forwarded". Also for selling, the option is not available.
Is this going to change OR are you screwed if you can't go?

I think you can consign them back to Fenway once they are in the ballpark app. You need to do it from a computer, not a phone. You could technically transfer it to someone by giving them your ballpark login info.Randall's Island 9/29/96, Continental Arena 9/8/98, MSG 9/10/98, Jones Beach 8/23/00, 8/24/00, 8/25/00, Nassau Coliseum 4/30/03, MSG 7/8/03, 7/9/03, Continental Arena 6/1/06, 6/3/06, MSG 6/24/08, 6/25/08, Spectrum 10/30/09, 10/31/09, MSG 5/20/10, 5/21/10, PJ20 9/3/11, 9/4/11, Charlottesville 10/29/13, Charlotte 10/30/13, Global Citizen 9/26/15, Raleigh 4/20/16 Baltimore 3/28/20 Austin 9/18/23, 9/19/23, Forum 5/21/24, Baltimore 9/12/24, Fenway 9/17/24, Nashville 5/6/25, 5/8/250

Thanks for the information. These were 10c tix - I assume once they are consigned back to FP then they would go into a portal for resale at face value...spankyMP said:I think you can consign them back to Fenway once they are in the ballpark app. You need to do it from a computer, not a phone. Yes, I think they would go onto https://www.mlb.com/redsox/tickets/concerts/pearl-jam for sale. And I believe you would receive a credit, but some have said charge went back on their cards.PJ5a1 said:

Has anyone actually done this? I would love to know how. I'm on a computer and don't see an option to do much of anything. The whole swapping from ticketmaster 10 days out was really strange as well..spankyMP said:I think you can consign them back to Fenway once they are in the ballpark app. You need to do it from a computer, not a phone. I tried to do this but got a message saying that I did not have any tickets eligible for consignment... so either it was also turned off (a la F2F) or these tickets can't be consigned because they weren't purchased through the Red Sox to begin with. FWIW they turned off consignment for the Foo Fighters about a week before the show anyway. And for future reference, I did get a credit back to my card (minus $5) a few days after my consigned Foo tix were sold. That being said, Foo tix were also non-transferrable, but the Red Sox turned that on the day before the show (maybe sooner, I can't remember).spankyMP said:

Yeah this isn’t cool. I need to sell my ticket. I know I had the capability to do so through Ticketmaster, but now that option has mysteriously vanished. Is this TM’s way of f-ing us over?0

Not really. It more has to do with how Fenway can take tickets. They are only configured to accept tickets from Ballpark App. They needed time to transfer from TM to Ballpark. This information was sent to all ticketholders.23calvken said:Yeah this isn’t cool. I need to sell my ticket. I have contacted everyone in the email from Ticketbastard and the MLB app Seat Geek and the final findings were. MLB app got to the Boston club ask them. Boston phone number included with said email received Labor Day weekend and not seen til the f2f was closed. Answer: not on us! click. Seat Geek is only set up for baseball tickets so bad info. Some person said they new this for months and I wonder don't they tell you when the terms change or I am supposed to constantly check each band I buy tickets for to see if they have changed things.
Edit: to say before the click he did say maybe I'll be able to sell them day of show.Post edited by michaelo on0
