Way back in the day (early 90's) i bought my first pj bootleg and it had sonic reducer on it. I was like hell yeah this song rocks! I saw it live for the first time this year in Charlotte. I have not heard the other versions you all are talking about but i love how on the charlotte boot it kinda builds up nice and slow. I did not know for sure what they were going to play then they just ripped into it and i lost my mind!

THE BEST VERSION OF SONIC REDUCER IS NASHVILLE 2003 with the guy of Dead Boys....

I agree Kaddi. I LOVE both verisons, after hearing the SD verison, man, it kicks ass, but the same also goes for NYC:D

Just listened to the SD and MSG versions back/to back.



SD- All I remember is jumping up and down , grabbing random people and screaming at the top of my lungs while simultaneously rockin the hell out. AHHHH!!!

Every version is special though. SD was the first time I got to hear this shit so it means a lot to me but I MUST say with all the out of control vibes at MSG and Tony from the Buzzcocks...it made that version just OUT OF THIS WORLD!!! Ed voice is soooo RAW! He was really feelin it that night. Looove all his little high pitch parts and the way he makes his voice sway in this version. haha. Go ED!
