Looking for hotel recommendations in Philly.
How is the area around the arena? Would like walking distance depending on neighborhood but have a car so getting there is not an issue.

Still on a cloud after those 2 shows at MSG, night 2 was epic!!!

    I’m staying at the Holiday Inn Airport-Stadium which is near by.
    To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

    I don’t believe there are really any hotels directly by the venue. Sure you could stay by the airport as 100 Pacer said. 

    For my money, I’d stay downtown. I think the Double Tree is where my friend stays. It’s right on Broad Street and is a direct subway ride away. You’ll save money by not parking at the venue. The subway is super easy.

    The Live Casino is walking distance - don't know anything about staying there.

    Otherwise any Center City hotel is an easy subway ride away.
