    I definitely don't miss it, but there's a difference between a mandate from a venue and an infected individual voluntarily making a choice to protect the people around them (and themselves).

    I remember the Halloween show in 2009 when PJ closed the Spectrum. Everyone at that show got Swine Flu. No regrets.

    The whole thing is odd. Makes me wonder if it's an error or if transfer opens at that point or what. Can't understand why they would just lock purchased tickets down 10 days out.

    All of those tickets can be put on secondary market like Stub Hub and sold below cost if it comes to that.

    I’m wondering if after F2F closes they can still be sold on the Ballpark App. Maybe it is some kind of deal that TM made with the MLB. I guess we will find out in a few weeks.

    It was actually someone on the Given to Fly forum that pointed it out. I don’t want to take credit for their discovery. But I thought it was important to share on here since a lot of people may not have seen it.

    Granted of course but having never encountered this road block prior it explains why seemingly no one caught it in the fine print any sooner.

    It's not 2020?! I wasn't sure, thanks. It was more of an example. Flu. Covid. Broken legs, etc. 

    And nah, if I felt like absolute garbage, I wouldn't go. If I did, it would be when it's on its tail-end, and I'd be masked up so as to not infect everyone around me.

    I was operating under the impression that the screen shot shared in this thread pops up before you proceed through to select tickets. That's what it looks like to me. It doesn't look to be something that was buried.

    I was operating under the impression that the screen shot shared in this thread pops up before you proceed through to select tickets. That's what it looks like to me. It doesn't look to be something that was buried.
    It is in the info section that you have to click on after that page pops up. Did you try it before posting? 

    It should be on the top of the page that comes up that you have to click got it. 

    Even then as a seller I am not going to the map to see how to sell tickets. I am going to my tickets to sell them. I don’t have Fenway tickets but would be curious if there is anything there that tells you about the 10 days or not.

    Foo Fighters tix at Fenway had the same language on the popup, and all tickets on Ticketmaster were removed 7 days before the show (both TM Platinum and F2F Platinum).  It just showed the greyed-out seating chart with the "this show is sold out, try back later" text.

    Resale/consign-back tickets on the Red Sox/MLB site were also stopped 7 days before the show, but face value tickets still popped up there during the week leading up to the show (some of which were unsold Platinum tix at face value).  Foo Fighters also had restrictions on forwarding/resale.  Tickets purchased from the MLB site were opened up for transfer on the day before the show, while tickets purchased on Ticketmaster were never opened up for transfer.
     
    Feels like we are trending this way for the PJ shows as well.

    I think I still am going to sell mine for night 2. Just can't risk being out $350 if I can't go. And if I can go, just have to hope I can grab some tickets leading up to it. Maybe even under face :)

    Aren't you already out the $350 if you already bought them? You should ask yourself how likely it is that something will prevent you from being able to go and, if it's unlikely, perhaps you'd be better off keeping the "bird in the hand" and guaranteeing that you can enjoy the experience you paid for rather than potentially having to scramble to find the "two in the bush" at long odds and under duress at the last minute.

    I get what you're saying. But there's a more than a likely chance I won't be able to go. But I won't know until the Friday before (possibly even Monday).

    Part of it falls into the FOMO thread that someone started awhile back. It's not going to kill me if I'm not there. 10 years or so ago? It might have. But I'm looking forward to the Sunday show and will have fun with that one.
