Ozzy rules.

I just wanted to tell everyone that I just finished listening to 1988's No Rest For The Wicked, and that Ozzy rules. I'm not talking cartoon, "Shaaaaaaron!" era Ozzy; I'm talking drunk, bat-biting, Jimmy Swaggart-fighting, touring with MetallicA and the Crue, crazy-era Ozzy.
Do you remember Rock & Roll Radio?

    The 2 Rhoads albums, No More Tears, and Ozzmosis are awesome, imo. I can't listen to him the way I used to though.

    Randy Rhoads is the best shred-type guitarist ever.

    Blizzard, Diary, Speak of the Devil (Brad Gillis kills it on that one) and Bark @ the Moon.....after that...not so much

    P.S. I fell asleep watching the Crud when they opened for Ozzy on the Bark tour. :twisted:

    True. Thought that too when I saw Iron Maiden postage stamps. Takes the thrill out of metal. Oh well

    Right. I just think it's funny how so many older folks were all twisted up about the music, introduce warning labels and what not, and 30 to 40 years later, it's now considered docile enough to introduce to kids.

    Sometimes makes you laugh at what some people get riled up about.

    I do agree with Loujoe, I kind of missed the days when it was a bit rebellious to listen to rock, metal, punk.
