All you people bitching - have you HEARD the show yet? If not, then STFU. The most boring song can be SICK one night, and vice versa. Set list can only take you so far.
    Boston Garden 5/25/06
    Lollapalooza 8/5/07
Madison Square Garden 6/24/08 and 6/25/08
    Mansfield 6/30/08

I actually like sets with 25-27 songs in them. Keeps it sharp and lean with not alot of fat in the set. Marathon shows are great, but not every single night. I think this was a fine start to the tour. Plus, WYA makes it's reappearance after a 10 year hiatus.

I'm just curious to know how Ed sounded.

I would pay good money to hear Who You Are, especially since it allegedly had an extended outro.

A little to slow for me. Well i def want save you and gods dcie and dissident and faithful. unemployable is great.

sad I am not even familar with. Guess I need to listen to lost dogs before my shows start.

who you are not a favorite. lowlight also to slow and I have had before.

glorified evolution and RVM is very strong.

inside job not one of my picks from the the last album.
do not know the tom waits song
no more war another one i have heard very limited times.

My take is its what you guys want lots of rare stuff. with enough hits and other rockers to make me happy.

footsteps release breathe are the ones i want. of course ive had all those many times before. Great to see the band playing live

three of my most favorite PJ tunes. not lie. vs. yield. and binaural. some of my fav tracks. this set is so ideal guys. i love it!

great job outta you in a big spot.

and to all these complainers.. wouldya pipe down please? i mean, gee whiz, here you have a band, arguably the best ever, playing their first show in a year, playing for over two hours, mixing in the who you are scenario, and its not enough. i mean come on. no other band out there today is a patch on the fanny of pearl jam, and here you are, complaining that they played even flow instead of aye davanita. pipe down, would ya? terrible job outta you.

If Chris "Mad Dog" Russo's favorite band were Pearl Jam insted of Bruce Springsteen & the E Street Band, this is what he would likely post in this thread.
Nice job on that and your sentiments...I agree completely. Oceans, Who You Are, and a new cover don't matter to some fans because they played Even Flow. Oh well.

    Pretty awesome set.

WHO YOU ARE....I've been wishing they'd learn this one again every tour since...I don't know Riot Act at least. One of my favorites.

I don't know how anyone could get excited about Dissident. But what do I know, I'm an asshole.

ew... i was hoping Gone would be a one time thing to promote the new album for the '06 tour and then go into hiding like most of Riot Act... it better not make any more appearances this tour!

I would gladly enjoy a whole show of nothing but different versions of Even Flow! I am much more interested in and focused on what the DID play, not what they DIDN'T play...It's such a privilege to see PJ live - and I am grateful for ANY and EVERY opportunity I have to see them!
