    As a decent human being, I hate Duke, which means that I have to be O.K. with it when North Carolina does well because it makes Duke people unhappy, and that's always the most just outcome.

    No doubt. I’d rather have people know their shit, but also, try not to make it veer too closely to the Chris Farley show too. Generally the interview was very good. It’s just always a bit cringe when people try to express their fan bonafides rather than making it evident in the questioning. 

    But I also get it, interviewing an idol has got be nerve wracking

    And Pitt, and VT, and UVA, and Syracuse, and Miami, and FSU, and the rest of the ACC.  The ACC deserves to fall apart after they tore up the old Big East.

    Yes. It was brutal seeing UConn in the wilderness for a decade or whatever.

    Outside of Pitt and VT, I would cheer for any Big East team in non-conference games, especially during March Madness.  Sucks it doesn't exist anymore.

    The Big East still exists though. It’s probably a better top to bottom basketball conference than the ACC at this point actually
