Still haven't received Barcelona 10C tickets (July 6)

Hi hi,
I ordered 2 tickets for the 6-July Barcelona show and I received an email from ticketmaster.es telling me that my order was "Confirmado". I saw them hit my credit card also on 17-Feb. They also sent an email on 17-Feb saying "Te enviaremos por correo electrónico instrucciones para ver tus entradas en principios de marzo." which, deepl.com tells me means "Instructions on how to view your tickets will be emailed to you in early March". All good so far.
It's now 12-March and I still haven't received any info about the tickets. 
Has anyone else received theirs? Am I alone? Should I be worried?

    Nothing yet from both Barcelona shows for me to.
    Both Berlins shows are in my ticketmaster account already for sometime now

    I'm seated in Berlin 2, and somewhere i read you'll get your tickets in April.

    Thats odd. I won both nights GA and got nothing so far. Anyone else???

    I also won GA and see nothing in my account either.

    same for me both Berlin nights seated and nothing yet in my TM account…..

    The same for me. I won GA tickets for both concerts in Berlin. No tickets are visible in my Ticketmaster account.

    I don‘t have tickets in my account as well. Also no further email from TM or 10c as promised for early March in the result emails.

    @Robbert Are these 10c tickets? Strange that you seem to be the only already having them in your account.

    Yeah thats what im thinking is the difference.
    Mine are tickets true Ticketmaster with the presale code from them/10club. 
    Or were there no difference. With al these codes and new waus to purchase tickets,  i realy dont exactly no anymore what what is.

    Barcelona (which i also dont have) i have bought/won true the 10club.

    if u use a code to buy them then they are normal tickets, not 10club tickets. for the 10club lottery no codes were given.

    OK, so it seems we're all in the same boat which is .. good news because I assume it means they simply haven't issued the tickets yet and the email mentioning "early March" was just a mistake on someone's part!
    This comment from @BlueLedbetter seems the most useful (even if the "someone" part is vague).

    I'll panic again around 10-April :-)

    I wrote an email to the support. Tickets are issued 1 April. Early March from the confirmation email seems to be wrong info.
