    MSG seats 20,000 people and they are playing 2 shows.  Even if 75% of the tickets were 10C(which I highly doubt its that high) then you are talking 30,000 tickets for a city with a population of 8.5 million.  Not to mention they are a hub for the rest of the world to travel to and is close to multiple other major US cities.  Following this forum many PJ fans are in the north east.  I joined 10C in 2009 with a member number of 4XXXXX, that was nearly 20 years into the existence of the fan club, i would say in the 15 years since the membership has more than doubled.  So you have 1 million members with 30,000 tickets (3% of the members) and majority always want the coveted MSG seat.  It honestly is not hard to understand how someone wouldnt get either of that show.  I would assume 95% of people who put in for both didnt get either, the odds are against you in that one.  Just chalk it up to losing a tough lottery.

    Not disagreeing with the general tone of what you are saying, but I believe the membership is probably closer to 800000. I'm happy to be proven wrong but that's about the highest number I remember people posting.

    Did they have notification issues? I have receipt number and page screenshot, no verification email, multiple charges on my credit card along with the $10 commemorative ticket I requested. It is now midnight EST, no unfulfilled note, no success note, 1 charge has disappeared but the others remain….any idea?

    I got confirmation emails from TM but no charges. I checked and my Ticketmaster card on file had just expired. The card I have on file with Ten Club was charged. My saving grace…

    Anyone still waiting on actual ticket information?  I got confirmation email on one of the Chicago shows & I see the charge on my credit card.  I thought I was going to receive an other email to claim tickets (said it would be sent 2/23) but never received anything.  I emailed customer service with no response.  Eager to see what seats I got

    Yeah my Mom is in the same boat for Philly and my Uncle for Vancouver. Both got confirmations, CC charges, and the “fulfilled” email. But neither of them got got the actual tickets.

    I've gotten no response from Tickets@tenclub.net. I've been charged for both Wrigley shows and have confirmation email but still no seat assignment email. I don't know what to think at this point....do I have seats or not? 
    Just another kid of the 90's who loves Pearl Jam.

    well you've been charged and have a confirmation email, so I would say yes, you have tickets. And if for some strange reason you do not, it's a slam dunk for your CC company to issue a chargeback...

    Our Baltimore tickets didn’t show up until yesterday.  But the good part is that we won P2 tickets in the lottery but received P1 tickets from Ticketmaster so it was worth the wait.
