Wrong Tickets Given Question

Hello. Help me out, please...
I selected Pit tickets for the portland show and they told me I got them. Then this morning I was told that my tickets were in the 200-level section. Why? my selection is just a maybe? just a preference? this is so frustrating

    Do you have your confirmation email saying you got GA Pit? Reach out to 10c.

    I chose GA pit and the receipt says P1 seating. Is that different? it's the first time I had issues with this.

    Yeah, the lottery option was GA-P1, meaning you could get either. Sounds like you got P1. There was no option to select GA only, unfortunately.

    I don't think GA only was an option. It was GA/P1 or just P1.

    Yeah But P1 gave me a 200 section which is way far.... sucks. Why would that happen? chose GA/P1 and get 200 level?
