How is it possible that tix are on stub hub for outrageous amounts - though these are supposed to be non transferable tickets?

    Ticket brokers have figured out how to bypass the transfer restrictions. And the listings are speculative -- they don't have tickets yet but can get them later to fill orders by the show date.
