Curious as to know,how bad does a sitting president's mental faculties need to be before congress has him resign?President Regan was diagnosed with alzheimers during his second term,and his administration kept the public from knowing about it.

    Uncharted territory. I believe invoking Article 25 requires a vote by his cabinet? I’d like this and other requirements such as fitness for duty, mandatory publicizing of tax returns, mandatory disclosure of and placement in a blind trust of investments and businesses, etc. be a required process and procedure. You want to be POTUS? Open yourself up to scrutiny to be qualified beyond age 35 and native born and allow ensuring that you’re serving the people and not yourself. With SCOTUS politicized, you can’t leave this to the courts.

    How bad is it? Has Brandon been examined by a neurologist? POOTWH was the fittest POTUS ever, after all.

    i am not sure but some of trump's cabinet actively considered trying to remove trump after 1/6. i remember learning that after the fact. i think maybe from the 1/6 hearings?
