Hopefully they don't do 10x colored variants. Or yet 20+ like what the RHCP did.

Thought the chase for LE vinyl is kind of dead until AICs sold out fast.
Anyway seems like pj gives us all a good shot now with big press numbers.

Lost Dogs 2 is my first, second and third wish..

When it comes to live stuff I would only be really interested in 90s stuff. Some widely circulated bootlegs and shows are perhaps more suitable for the vault. Stuff like Berlin 96 or 92 soundboards etc.

For RSD they could use Melbourne 95 since that was also an Epic Promotional release. A bit similar to Give Way. But their self-pollution 95 and 98 would both be perfect for a RSD vinyl release!

Or an early ten-era outtake disc. Just use the widely circulated instrumentals and rough mixes.
    PJ: Pinkpop 2000, Sydney I/II/III 2003, Adelaide 2003, Arnhem 2006, Antwerp 2006, Berlin 2006, Dusseldorf 2007, Nijmegen 2007, Werchter 2007, Rotterdam 2009, Berlin 2009, Nijmegen 2010, Amsterdam I/II 2012, Amsterdam I/II 2014, Amsterdam I/II 2018, Pinkpop 2018, Werchter 2018, Pinkpop 2022, Budapest 2022, Krakow 2022, Amsterdam 2022.

Oh man. Yeah, this is probably the most likely.

Indeed. Way too much. One variant or two, ok. But 20+ variant vinyl editions? There's no need for that.

I'm still surprised hardly anyone is clamouring for Merkinball.

Is it hard to find?  I once had two copies and sold one.  While it hasn't been repressed, it's never been an expensive find?

Things I think would be cool:

Release bridge schools, do a year at a time, that'd give us RSD release for a number of years :)

A couple of years ago I asked Neil what he would think if artists wanted to release their Bridge School shows, with benefits going to the school. He said nobody had asked yet, but thought it could be a cool idea.

I'm not sure how that would work with PJ.  For most of the bridge school performances they were under contract with EPIC/Sony.  Can they release material recorded while under contract, would EPIC/Sony bother if they couldn't make a profit.

The charitable nature of the thing didn't even occur to me, when I wrote my post I just wanted them to be released, I forgot to be concerned about where the money goes :)

Not sure why that would matter. They've released tons of stuff recorded in the Epic era in the post-Epic era

That would be so wonderful if Pearl Jam released all their Bridge School Benefit performances on vinyl.
