There won’t be a decision by November and if there is and it’s unfavourable to POOTWH, it’ll be appealed and the decision will be stayed. Bottom line, if you’ve got money, or other people’s money, you can delay or avoid being held accountable for crimes. It’s always been this way but not to this level.
