The whole Chargers thing is funny to me. I lived in San Diego from 2000-2008 and they were horrible for most of that time and complained about not getting a new stadium every year. Many home games were blacked out because of attendance. Despite having LD Tomlinson, they were only good like 1 or 2 of those years.
They finally move to get their new stadium, and haven't done much in it.

They should have stayed in The Whale's Vagina. They have no fans in LA, every home game the crowd is heavily tilted to the road team.

NFL fans in LA root in this order:
    1. Raiders (still even though they left LA 3 decades ago)
    2. Rams
    3. Go to the beach.
    4. Stuck in traffic.
    5. In drive thru lane at In-n-Out
    6. When do the Lakers play?
    7. Que?
    8-2,868...lots of other stuff
    2,869: Chargers
    This weekend we rock Portland

I lived there when the Raiders and Rams left.  Nobody I knew cared.  At all.
In fact, most of us were happy since that meant we could get out of market games on TV instead of having to watch those shit games every week.

LA fans are more into college football than NFL, in general, and even then they are only "LA" into it.  Going to sold out SC games was fun, but the feeling is not the same as going to SEC games.  (Course there are many reasons for that...just pointing out my experiences.)

The Chargers are what everyone seems to think Belichick should go...  Im not sure that is a plug and play team right now.  Vastly overrated and it isnt just the coach that holds them back.

I like the Bears job.  They are going to have their pick of the litter for QBs in supposedly a good QB draft.  They will have another top 5 or top 10 pick on top of that.  Quarterback will be cost-controlled for 4-5 years.  Can also trade Justin Fields for more assets.  They also dont play in Patrick Mahomes' division for the forseeable future as well as an AFC filled to the brim with top QBs.

If he wants to be GM, I don't think anyone should hire him.

Just as coach?  Sure.  Not as GM though, he fucking sucks at that.

other than trying to capitalize on Belichick getting the all time wins record why would anyone hire him?  He's old, a miserable sob, a cheater and can't win without Brady.

I grew up in LA and lived there after I left San Diego in 2008. Until I moved out of state in 2012. I always thought it was funny they had loyal Rans and Raiders fans. I was bummed, they left when I was in middle school, prime age for getting into the NFL.

I had th opposite experience. I remember being really bummed. No one really cares about college football unless they UCLA or USC alumni. And even then, they only care about how they do against the other.

You were in middle school.  I was in last year of college and went to nfl games prior frequently - attendance was awful and they had black outs a lot..  Maybe the kids cared but none of the adults I knew did.

It's pretty wild.  You have an NFL team that essentially plays 17 road games a year.  They have pretty much zero fanbase.  Never should have went to LA.

Except BB went 11-5 without TB12 and currently needs a few pieces around Zeppalo. Mac n cheese should never have been purchased, never mind taken out of the box.

Wait, so now you're saying Bill can't win without Brady, but for years you have insisted Brady is merely a "system quarterback".

Trap game for Niners this weekend, and looks like could be without 5 starters on D.  Hope they heal up quickly and Offense just does what they do and handles bidness.

Buffalo is primed to slap Dallas around.  This is gonna be a fun game to watch if that happens.
    Go Bills!

    Today?
Bunch of average teams, plus Detroit, but every game is important.

Blatant PI in OT not called.  Fix is in for the Vikings!

    ;)

In spite of the horrid officiating the Viking blew it.  Two straight "less than 1 yard" sneak fails.
