Matthew Good (and his) Band heading out on a cross canada tour in spring 2024. VIP packages and all. This is going to be good. Been waiting for him to tour non-acoustic (and without OLP).

I just heard about the Matt Good tour, definitely gonna try to grab some tix. I’ve been pretty lax with shows lately - the last two were Burton Cummings in the summer and Randy Bachman in the fall. Super cool to hear those two play the old Guess Who tunes. Really trying to catch all the old rockers while they are still rockin, but man I haven’t even thought about Matt Good in ages. I’m excited.
saw Burton and Randy playing Guess Who and each other's solo tunes in Winnipeg in 2021 for our covid-delayed provincial150th birthday in an outdoor baseball stadium in the summer. It was amazing.

was just thinking the other about the "old rockers" I've missed. Specifically Black Sabbath or Rush when they've come here a couple times each. Now it's too late.

I saw Sabbath way back at Ozzfest '99, but I missed RUSH. I am seeing rumours that Geddy is trying to convince Alex to do something live after they had such good feedback from the Taylor Hawkins tribute show. And I missed Gordon Lightfoot :(. But I road tripped to Missoula to see David Crosby before he passed away, and it was incredible! And I got to see Ian Tyson before he passed as well, Probably more of an Alberta thing but him and Sylvia were pretty into the same folk scene as Dylan in NYC back in the day. He was also awesome!
Hey Rosetta! is awesome. The lead singer Tim Baker has put out a few solo albums that are wicked too. I’m actually seeing him on Monday night here in Calgary for a solo show at a small theatre.
