Great job getting a lot of the crowd energy on recording. 2:30 into present tense through porch is incredible. Why Go nuts. Great job, band sounds even better than I’ve been complementing them for.
“Let’s bring back the positivity please, turn the volume up on the positivity pleaseeeee-suh” so good

totally agree! great show!0

The second half of present tense and porch was just as intense as I remember them. So glad they were able to capture that energy on the boot!0

Where is this boot?0

Playing in New York City on the anniversary of 9/11 is no easy task, and Pearl Jam delivered a heart-felt, unforgettable performance for the 20,000 in attendance that night. From the tribute to first responders, some of which were in the audience, to closing the night with a guitar-only, instrumental take on "Star Spangled Banner", the show shaped up to be what Eddie Vedder claimed as potentially "the most memorable [New York show] of them all."

Listened to the boot, but is it just me or does it sound like Ed's vocals could've been raised for the mix?

Re-listening to this show today. That fight during Porch was a blessing in disguise, the way they come back in is SO good. Evolution and Why Go so good as well. I agree 100% about porch. Probably my favorite version I’ve ever heard live. It was a shock coming so early in the set, and then the slow down in the middle due to the fight and the build up just took it to another level. After security broke up the fight and Ed said something to the effect of, “Can we bring back the positivity please?” the crowd just went apeshit. The building was literally shaking!HailHailVitalogy said:
