Fan to fan tickets?

I entered the lottery for EV’s solo show in Seattle, but did not get selected for a chance to buy tickets. There was a mention of fan to fan tickets possibly becoming available, but I cannot find any info on this, and don’t know where to look. Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

    It’s going on now for the PJ shows, if you aren’t familiar with it.  When it will get turned on for the Ed shows is anyone’s guess.

    I have a single ticket for EV, Monday show I’ll be putting up once F2F is active.

    I wonder when they'll open it up.  For the shows last year I think it was only a few weeks before the shows.
