If you are looking for some pre-tour hype material to read, I spoke to people who had questions about what the shows were going to look like. Anything from setlist structure staying the same, to how much Gigaton we’ll hear. And then of course I answer the big pressing question - will we hear any new songs this tour?

Check it out, and feel free to bring in your own thoughts about what’s in the blog:

Hi, I host a Pearl Jam Podcast. We go back to some of the classic shows in their history and break down the entire setlist front to back. From historic perspective, to performances, to setlist construction, to fan stories. We do our best to capture the magic that is their live act and help you relive those memories, or if you weren't there, maybe turn you on to a show you've never heard before.

Live On 4 Legs can be found on Apple Podcast, Spotify and any other major podcast platform. But please support our website and check out the episodes archived there. Oh, and the Concertpedia as well (for you Five Horizons and Two Feet Thick fans, we've picked up where they've left off)

It'd be absolutely epic if they started with Yellow Ledbetter.

The cities that have two shows will be similar to London Hyde Park last year. All the hits with only a few repeats and 1-2 rarities in each show.

Indianapolis will be the best show

There are still a few albums left to go, but I kinda think Vitalogy and Riot Act are the only ones left that would have an impact. I’m not sure how a Backspacer show would be received. And I honestly don’t know that Vitalogy is worth it, you’re burning a lot of your 24 songs on Pry, To, Davanita, etc.
They could do disc one of Lost Dogs the first night in one of the cities and disc 2 the second night

Some argue that, given the back to normal setlists, there should be no covers. Playing a few covers when you are at 30 songs a night is ok but when you only play 20 just give me originals.

Cover usage dropped drastically last year. Some shows had only one, others went without covers completely. I think they understand this concept.
