I’ve bought several limited edition color vinyl releases from them over the years but this past Monday I got one that was damaged. I emailed them and they responded within a few hours. My replacement vinyl was received today. Their Twitter account responded to my tweet literally within minutes. I’m blown away at the level of customer service they provided. I haven’t seen anything like this in decades so I wanted to give them a shoutout. The exact opposite experience I had with Sound of Vinyl.

    I had the same experience.  I had ordered a color Motley Crue vinyl, and somehow there was a Mariah Carey Christmas album in side.   I let them know and they quickly shipped me a replacement.   Didn't even ask me to destroy the other one, which I gladly would of :)
