Wish to feck they would release a new album insteadSpiritual_Chaos said:"New" single this weekKearnsy0 -
Yah, they seem to just regurgitate old unreleased material, but I haven't felt any of the singles they've released over the last few years have been that good
I wonder if they'll ever go into the studio to record a brand new album. Feels like it'll be an endless loop of the Not in this Lifetime tour

I’m surprised Slash is OK just redoing old Chinese Democracy cast offs.Dallas, TX (November 15, 2013)

Saw them there 2 years ago and it was 100% worth it. Especially if you've never seen them. You never know how Axl will sound on any given night but he's working hard up there and the rest of the band still sounds incredible.JimmyV said:Is this show worth seeing? Would be my first time. Fenway isn't sold out and tickets are reasonable by current standards. Axl's voice just seems like a concern. Have seen Slash solo a few times with Myles Kennedy singing, but never GNR.0 -
If you're a fan of Slash you owe it to yourself to see him rip through all of those songs at least once0

so @Spiritual_Chaos are we getting new GNR this week?Your boos mean nothing to me, for I have seen what makes you cheer0

There was a link up via Universal Music for the song Perheps releasing on August 11 and a countdown. But the link has been taken down.HughFreakingDillon said:so @Spiritual_Chaos are we getting new GNR this week?"Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0 -

Available by mistake(?) at bars in the US that has a TouchTunes Jukebox system."Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0 -
The song has been played on US radio now. So should be available at streaming services hopefully soon..."Mostly I think that people react sensitively because they know you’ve got a point"0

It's not bad. Much better than Absurd or Hard Skool.
So 1 new song a year so I'm guessing new album some time in 2030'sKearnsy0 -

The "new" song "The General" is the B-side to this single. So should be released "soon" too.Kearn5y said:It's not bad. Much better than Absurd or Hard Skool.

It's weird, that's 3 new songs now, and Perhaps might be the best of the 3, but it still feels mid. They've been back together for 7+ years but all they've done is patch up some old stuff that didn't make Chinese Democracy?I wonder if they'll ever sit down and write/record brand new content?Kind of reminds me of that last Van Halen record where they just found leftover stuff from year gone by and retooled it for the record.0
