    But, given the other evidence, if De Oliveira testifies that tRump gave that order and everyone is scrambling to carry out that order, it would be hard for a juror to not make the connection. Otherwise why would those people even know of the timing of the search? It had to come from tRump.

    Agreed I'm just saying in a vacuum it isn't compelling.  Of all the things to point out in the indictment, I'm surprised that person on twitter focused on that.

    I agree, and with that in mind, Stefanik looks like she has slimmed down a bit over the last year or so...
