Problems with ticketmaster presale ordering?

Hi PJ fans! I'm a 20 year 10c member, been to 30 shows. I tried to order 10c presale tickets through the ticketmaster app (2 Ft Worth shows) and not only did I not win any tickets at all, there is NO trace of me ever even placing the order. I received no confirmation of the attempted order nor did I receive any sort of rejection from TM. Did anyone else encounter this? Did you apply for tickets and not get them and if so, did you get an email or have a record of it in the ticketmaster app? I took a screen shot when I ordered as I had a feeling TM would somehow fuck this up - and they did. However TenClub says to deal with TM directly and have essentially said that I just did not win tickets. This makes zero sense as I have good seniority won floor seats for all four wrigley shows in 2016 and 2018, for example. TenClub customer service is not helping and right now I have zero tickets. Anyone else have issues like this? I am wondering how widespread it is. Thank you. (If you can spare a ticket for Ft Worth, I will pay and buy beers :)

    Sounds like to me you signed up for Verified Fan lottery and not the 10C lottery.

    Isn't the 10c lottery through tickets today or whatever it's called?  They only show up on TM if you won and they sent you the digital tickets.

    Share the screen shot. If you did it correctly, you should have received an email from "Ticketstoday - a Ticketmaster Company <customerservice@ticketstoday.com>" shortly after you put in the request. If you didn't get the email, you likely didn't enter correctly, which is why there is no trace of anything.

    Ten club screwed their members. Simple as that. 
    Pay 35 bucks for years and years and get priority seats. 
    Just canceled my membership and so should you.
