    We get it bud. You're on TM's side in this. People who have been members for 15+ years getting the worst seats they've ever gotten but you're on the corporate monopoly's side.
    I'm on the side of reality and the fan club that I've benefited from for 23 years. There are a lot of reasons why our seats are worse than ever before. Yes, some of that is Ticketmaster and their premium seating, but it's also because they obtained a much larger number of club tickets than ever before and because there are so few shows for members to choose from. They had a choice between having more members in the building or having fewer members with better seats. They chose the former. If they chose the latter, there would have been people complaining they didn't get tickets at all. They can't win.

    How would you know any of that with any degree of confidence? Not buying it man. At the end of the day it comes down to the almighty dollar, and TM can make more of it if they don't give a shit about the "real fans."
    They told us so, a "record breaking number of members".
    Is it just me or does this seem to be a primarily chicago show issue? If so, could it be chalked up to a simple supply and demand issue?  Chicago was obviously going to be the most popular stop on this abbreviated tour, hence more 10c members pushed further back? I think it’s more a function of a 9 show tour rather than how the 10c process works. But that’s just my two cents.

    It's definitely a Chicago issue. My St Paul seats are far better than my Chicago seats are. 

    And it really shouldn't be surprising. Chicago is easily the most accessible venue on this mini tour for anyone who lives on the Eastern Seaboard/all the places in between the coast and Illinois, as well as being a big city in its own right. Add in the band's ties to the city and it is a perfect storm for bad seats.

    Not saying it is a good thing. It clearly sucks, especially if people have previously got better seats. But it is somewhat understandable.

    Now if 10C members were getting bad seats in St Paul, THAT would be far more alarming about the direction things are going.
    Exactly. Chicago is not only a major PJ city, but the easiest and most attractive show for a lot of people. Chicago’s airport is one of the busiest in the country, which makes it easy for a lot of people to travel to. I’m coming from NYC and have about 5000 flights to chose from.

    Anyone getting a 400 - Bad Request error when trying to claim tickets? Austin #1 worked fine, getting an error for night #2.

    Glad to hear they took care of you. Still wish they would’ve squeezed in a show or 2 in Houston. Texas trifecta would have been awesome.

    I got 3 rows closer in the same section Austin night 1, 107 M to 107 J. Turns out 107 are club level seats, so I'm not complaining.

    Seems to be pretty common. Others have gotten it to work by using another browser, which could mean it's bad session data or cookies or something. Clearing your cookies might help if that's the case.

    Email to claim my reserved tickets for Austin 2 came through about 10 minutes ago. I've gotten nothing about claiming my GA tickets to Austin 1. Does this sound about right?

    Anyone know if Ft Worth Dickies arena seat numbers go left to right or right to left? so 1 is on left or right?

    I got same section (123) but moved up from row 21 to row 6

    If you don't mind, Where were you originally, where are you now, and what is your 10C#? Just askin, I'm expecting my seats to be quite different. Got  Sec 118, Row C, Seats 16 - 15, but I have a relatively high 10C number (stupid me, letting my fan club membership lapse).

    My wife got reassigned to sec 321, row 7 for Chicago night 1, it's a brand new 10C account I made her a month ago, like 737,xxx, but are those not side stage tickets? sad part is they are close to MIke's side of the stage, where my seats with my 20 year old number are in the 200's but way down the side.  Part of me want's to email and complain that I did not enter for side/behind the stage tickets, but part of me says they are better than my own seats so just suck it up.

    I am using my phone, and chrome is my browser, but still get 400 bad request error. Also restarted my phone to optimize and clear extraneous stuff. Any other suggestions?
