PJ Premium
18,000 - approximate average nightly capacity for the 9 stop 2023 tour
1,800 - nightly PJ Premium seats (advertised 10%)
$160 - approximate average price per standard ticket (including TM fees)
$500 - estimated average PJ Premium ticket price (based on PJ 2022 tour)
$612,000 - addition PJ Premium revenue per show ((500-160)*1,800)
$34 - PJ Premium gain averaged over all seats (612,000/18,000)
$194 - average price per ticket (including TM fees) to completely eliminate PJ Premium and allot an addition 10% of seats (many the best in the house) to 10C lotteries.

Yes, I'd say they could safely raise the highest quality seats (pit, floor, lower, and if applicable maybe even club) to $225 without anyone batting an eye.
If they raise the upper level from $160 to $195 - 225, that wouldn't make sense imo.
They need to raise the top end of tickets to $225 and hold the bottom half of seats flat to make it make sense and the math work.
I personally would be more than good with that.
Two tier system going forward,
Floor, Lowers, and Club (if applicable) - $225 all in - assuming 2/3rds of arena = 12,000 * (225-160) = +780,000
Upper Level - $135 all in - give back - 6,000 * (135 - 160) = - 150,000
Nets them $630,000 with no PJ Platinum

PJ Premium gain averaged over all seats should be = (612,000/(18,000-1,800)) ?

Thanks for doing the math for us.

Upper Level - $145 all in - give back - 6,000 * (145 - 160) = - 90,000
Nets them $690,000 with no PJ Platinum (pretty close to the $680,000 I calculate on a revised basis for PJ platinum)
