    Called Mrs FMe this morning and asked her if she read what time the game was.  (I leave way before she gets up)  she had.  She also knew I was calling to say I wouldn't be upset if she wanted to take a friend over me to the game.  :lol:
    Playoff football is fun but midnight traffic jams are not.  Obviously, she is excited regardless of time the game ends.  

    Hope Birds win and I'm certain to have fun if I still go with her.....

    49ers 2nd half makes me think they will be coming to Philly the weekend after but anything is possible in the playoffs.  Both teams could be upset.

    It's the best timeslot for sure.

    After 20+ years, we gave up our season tickets this year. I don't really miss the game's themselves so much as I kind of prefer being in the comfort of my home with the big screen tv now. But I do miss the tailgates. Saturday night is gonna be nuts down there. Weather looks good too.

    Further related to this: what is an appropriate age to bring a kid to their first regular season Eagles game? When they're 21 right?

    Both kids keep asking me to go to a game. I will absolutely take them to a preseason game this August, but will not step into a regular season game with them unless they can sign an NDA under their own volition stating they cannot relay to their mother what they had seen or heard.

    My older guy has been to a few Eagles games. We were at the de facto division winning game against Dallas in 2019. When everyone was chanting Dallas Sucks he had a big smile because he wasn't supposed to use that word. Which of course was way milder than most of the other things we heard. The main thing is the logistics with either dealing with a sardine packt subway, a 2 hour parking lot exit or a 2 mile walk back to a South Philly parking space.

    8 yr old went to pre season game but have no idea for regular game.  Club level is different but the way in and out is subject to the poor behavior.   (Also, a consideration is always made at how I need to behave, as well....nit that I act like an animal at this age but clearly Dad needs to be responsible lol)
