PJ20 Concert bootlegs/video - we need them finally!

Listening to the Riot Act concerts this weekend, my friend an I were reminded that the epic PJ 20 festival at Alpine Valley never got an official bootleg release.  We were in the front row, and saw filming going on both nights, but we haven't seen any released footage either.  

Will we ever get the official bootlegs from this?  There were so many awesome guests!  Please 10C, can this be our 2022 Christmas present?

    I just heard Habit from that weekend (9/04/11) with Liam Finn on PJ radio, so they have to exist somewhere

    I'd love to buy official boots, but since they don't exist, does anyone have a link to some quality unofficial PJ20 boots?

    DVD video and Bluray audio in the box. I think.

    It's a video edit by I think, Pearl Jam's regular video persons camera together with fan's videos.

    I think the one editing it all together has commented on it, on here or something. When the box set was released.

    But wasn't there a screen feed at Alpine? Maybe that wasn't saved. Or there wasn't one?

    The footage from the TOTD box set is awesome and only leaves you chomping at the bit for more. I can only hope they release it all as a vinyl/BluRay box set. I just hope they do it sooner rather than later, we aren’t getting any younger..

    Yah the boxset does have video footage of ToTD's set.   The person who edited, I think is a poster on this board.  I don't think he was 100% satisfied with his final edit, and upload some revised versions on youtube at some point.

    but yah.. it would me amazing to see the full thing.

    I find it odd that the band has kept shows like PJ20 and Wrigley 2013 under wraps despite the fact that they were marketed as special/for the hard-core fans type of shows. Logic would tell me that these would be exactly the type of shows that would warrant a video release, nevermind keeping the audio locked up for years. There's gotta be some reason for it. I thought I remember hearing that the band wasn't happy with how Wrigley 2013 sounded but I could be wrong. As for PJ20, it wouldn't shock me if Chris Cornell's (aka the "Queen of Collections") estate was involved in preventing that from happening given Chris was there performing songs he wrote.

    I wondered about something like this as well.  If not Cornell, then one of the other many bands that performed that night.  It's really a shame if that's the case, I would've hoped the bands chosen to be there all would be on the same page, and this sort of deal would've been worked out prior to them being invited.  

    There's been many other instances of special guests, including Cornell, at "normal" shows and there being no problem with them appearing on the bootlegs.  So I don't know what would make PJ20 any different than those.

    Maybe it's a case of the audio not being good on many of the songs, aside from the one or two that show up on PJ radio every so often....

    Guessing shows like the HoB Katrina show with Robert Plant and PJ20 suffer the same fate of multiple musician appearances and covering songs outside of Pearl Jam. Which is a damn shame, because both of those would be purchased in a heartbeat (I think I have a copy of HoB somewhere I need to listen to again).

    While I'd default to blaming lawyers for not releasing boots, I can't imagine why Wrigley '13 isn't available unless the recording equipment got damaged during the thunderstorm or the sound in general was unusable.
