How many issues of Deep Magazine are there?

Can anyone list how many issues of Deep Magazine have been released? I have Winter/Spring 2006 (Volume one/Issue one) and Winter/Spring 2007 (Volume two/Issue one). Also, I seem to have never received the Holiday 2007 Single. Should the 2007 single have come with the 2007 Deep issue I listed above?

    There was no Deep the second part of 2007 though, so it wasn't sent with a single. I did have my 2007 single before Christmas though.

    Can anyone confirm that there's been 9 issues of DEEP so far? I'm trying to get some stuff in order and I've come across what I have. I want to make sure I've received everything I was supposed to from the 10c as I have moved quite a bit in the last 24 months.

    it seems I'm missing both from 2013 for some reason (maybe I went digital that year?), and the last one I have is All Seasons 2018. 

    anyone have 2013 issues and any past 2018 to sell?

    I received the 10c single with New Jeremy, but never Turning Mist. Anyone recall what happened there?

    I thought New Jeremy was the last free single, before you had to buy the "analog" membership
