I've seen this band 4 x and they keep getting better and better. Was incredible, and except for the drink assholes you always find in Vegas shows.. the GA was the best.. dancing room all over! To those who didn't see the Earthlings, I hope hope hope there are chances to do so in the future.... some of the best musicians you'll find anywhere! And Andrew Watt... on his back with crowd holding him ripping it up?! Insane

Really fun show. Jill was in the pit and was really enthusiastic during Just Like Heaven. If you caught her IG Live, you saw the fun she and everyone around her was having. She’s so sweet, there were a couple of fans she took pictures with, I think they were from South America. She thanked them for coming.

Show was a fucking blast. Honestly might’ve had more fun than at either of the PJ shows I saw this year. Pit was nice and roomy. Band sounded great and it was cool to see Chad play some of those PJ songs. He’s got the swing that the earlier records have (ala Dave A.) was pretty funny watching them tear apart the kit at the end and seeing Josh sneakily steal the ride cymbal, Got a great sounding recording too, although not really sure where to share it…

Think it was played in San Diego. Picture and On My Way haven’t been played (although On My Way isn’t really something that can be played line)

Same sentiment here.  One of my all time favorite songs
  • At the end of Chad-O, the band jumped in and started Black Sabbath War Pigs. Up until the vocals are supposed to come in. Then they went into Jericho.

My first Earthlings show and hopefully won’t be my last. Incredible experience. I saw Josh skulking around side stage when the pit was let in and I waved to him and pointed at the shirt I had made out of his Denver setlist. He came over to the crowd and chatted for a bit, some woman asked him to take a picture with a sticker of her friend’s cat named fat Eddie. After Josh’s performance was fortunate enough to be given his set for the night which basically made my entire everything.

The Earthlings show was such a party. Highlights for me were definitely Invincible, I Got Shit with the cinnamon girl tag, Try, and how shocked the crowd was when they started Just Like Heaven after hearing Ed’s story about lockdown garage dance parties with Jill. And when Andrew Watt ended up on his back in the crowd. Thought he did an amazing job on Hunger Strike as well, never thought I would be fortunate enough to ever hear that live.

Amazing night I’ll never forget. Feels empty to not have any shows left to look forward to.

Cool story, setlist shirt, setlist score! Well deserving.
That empty feeling is real. Music is such a high.
    Great experience. Thx for sharing.

Man I would love official boots for these shows.
  • That was fantastic. I rocked my man boobs off. I agree with all reviewers above. I enjoyed Watt’s screaming of Chris’s lines in Hunger Strike at Ohana, and knew he’d kill it again. Petty opener was great but not unusual, but getting Here Comes the Sun second was cool. I too love Invincible and honestly was goin crazy for it. It was great at Ohana but spectacular last night. Seeing Chad Smith rock is worth the entire ticket. What’s up with $236 a ticket?! Someone mentioned on FB that it was a shame that there were open seats. With that price it’s really no wonder why. I work for the school district here and twice we got emails this week offering free tickets to “paper the house”. I think it’s funny that Netflix having the Dahmer doc has Ed cranking out the Dirty Frank rarity. Ed loves singing that ending, “just to see the look on their face, just to see the look on their face!” Did anyone notice Ed flippin the double bird to someone in crowd?! I think it was maybe during Good and Evil. Not that Ed flippin birds in anger or jest isn’t a regular occurrence anyways. Anyone see when Ed was doing the Boss guitar swing locked stance with Andrew and they sort of came really close and leaned in on each other, but then coming out of it Andrew sort of popped Ed with a shoulder? His head flew back and he instantly laughed as Andrew streaked back to his side. I wouldn’t say it’s Pearl Jam 1A, but it’s definitely Pearl Jam B, loud, rockin and awesome. Something new and cool was definitely born. I remember that 2019 Ohana show being such a shocker change from his previous solo campfire shows. Josh K slays, there’s no denying it. Watt is a fireball and has incredible skills. I too hope these Cats give us more.   On a side issue, all of us fans are getting older. Sure there’s lots of new ones too. But I wish they’d stream their shows. LET US COUCH TOUR! Please. Perhaps it’s against their principles to share live. I know they’ve had some of their shows stream online over the years, but in general they don’t offer that chance the way Phish or Bob Weir do during tours. Maybe I’m wrong but they’re likely saying no to millions. All their international fans and all of us junkies….I know I’d be buying shows a lot. $50-$100 a pop would probably have me saying yes to get to couch tour it.

Ok, last night was great. Cheers to you lucky ones who shared it with me. Keep on…

I bought a cheap ticket off of a fan club member. As I was walking in a random guy was like "I can scan in you into GA if you want. I have a few extras."

That has been my experience at a lot of shows these days. Wait until the day of the show and you can probably score something cheap.

All their international fans and all of us junkies….I know I’d be buying shows a lot. $50-$100 a pop would probably have me saying yes to get to couch tour it.

Ok, last night was great. Cheers to you lucky ones who shared it with me. Keep on…
I was told that the Earthlings are LOVING every sec of what they're doing and something planned for Spring
More than enough time for Chad Smith to learn to toss drumsticks with his left hand! It was like 100-0 with the right hand.
  • Alright cool.  All the guys have had their side deals. Ed said that they are cool with it at the 2019 Ohana. I am all for them returning to some live shows in the spring. They rock and are plain fun. New blood, new energy. I don't see it taking away anything from all that is PJ.

I loved Ed's shirt. Reminds me of this beautiful canvas painting.

I don't know sometimes it seems like the lyrics weren't true to the originals because I could have sworn Ed sang the words Paris attacks in one song. I got shit, isn't quite right, too.
