Yeah hearing/reading that 91,000 daily capacity # when tix went onsale was a BIG reason I passed on it. The lineup seemed fantastic, but I just can't do crowds that big anymore, it's not fun at all to me.

I’ve never been one for Festivals. A crowd of 100K is anxiety inducing to me.

There were not 110k people left watching Pearl Jam I can assure that. Lots of space in the big field.

You’re wrong. There were easily over 100k in attendance at Lolla 2007. As somebody who actually walked from one stage to the other, it was an incredible sight to behold.

You’re wrong. There were easily over 100k in attendance at Lolla 2007. As somebody who actually walked from one stage to the other, it was an incredible sight to behold.

Ok fair. Just felt very empty not far from the stage. Also saw lots of folks headed for the gates when PJ was the only act left. Glad to be wrong though!

i remember someone on here said they were talking to a cop when the concert ended and they were making their way out of the park. The cop said the crowd estimate was 110 or so🤷‍♂️🤷‍♂️

My memory stinks - here’s the Lolla 07 crowd. Looks solid! Maybe I was standing in a weird area. I remember being on the baseball diamond.

Bourbon and Beyond/Louder than Life capacity is in the area of 40k per day.

The 91k number from 2019 is total attendance over the 3 days- 30k per day

Was that just about what kind of ticket you had? Or how did you get from the further back biggest section up to the front, was it capped based on capacity like a PJ pit?

The screens made it nice to see what was going on but you were obviously only seeing what the camera was pointing at. We were back quite a ways and had great sound and great views of the screens but we couldn't see the stage as the ground kind of dipped a few feet once you got beyond the light towers.

yeah I'm 6' and could just see the top of their heads if I stood on my toes....not a huge dip but was definitely there. I was thinking that we were probably 150 yards back from the stage but it had to have been more like 200-250 yds back.

During DTE Ed was moving around quite a bit and ended up side stage with someone dancing in front of him...I thought they had a dancer on stage but it was the sign language interpreter. Freaked me out for a second

Wish i would have known all that real estate was available. I had VIP Mint tickets but there was no way to get through that crowd to see the opening so we moved back and to the side

VIP was definitely worth it. That tent all the way over on the right side was a great place to post up out of the sun between watching sets up front, there was a bar running the whole length of that thing inside. Not sure what the food line situation was out in Gen Pop but it wasn’t too bad in VIP. Could get up in the front section for everything before PJ (we did food during GVF). We posted up on the side rail across from the VIP tent for Pearl Jam, had a perfectly fine view without having to spend half the day defending turf.

Also the VIP price was worth it for the A/C bathrooms alone. Those things were nice.

Got to meet up with my daughter and her friends coming from their college out of Missouri… They’re big Greta fans… So when my daughter’s favorite band is opening for my favorite band it was a must see… I’ve been to a lot of festivals over the years… The pictures don’t even do it justice… It seemed like there was way more people than that… it just seemed like there was people as far as the eye could see in every direction… thankfully there was plenty of porta potty‘s as you normally didn’t have to wait… But I don’t think the food vendors were prepared… Ended up buying a piece of pizza for $25 off a nice gent… Money well spent and thank you very much… As they’re literally was dozens of food vendors but the lines were 30 minutes long for each one minimum… Again thankfully someone sold me slice pizza so I didn’t have to wait and miss any songs!! It’s so nice to see that many fans get to see Pearljam though… As lots people I talk to throughout the crowd had not seen them before… we watch the show from about a third of the way back
had two drinks too many in Nashville and here at the bourbon fest… Had a blast… But didn’t drink the next night in St. Louis and I’ll be the admit,.. sr Louis was my favorite show of the three… Now it’s on to OK city an Denver

VIP was definitely worth it. No complaints on rest rooms in GenPop but ridiculous food and beer lines. Even the single beer vendors had massive lines.

Not sure how they dropped the ball there.
