How to Transfer to Best Friend

How do I transfer my tix to Hamilton show to my best friend. I bought the tix when I was still living in Detroit and now I’m in Nashville. I’m giving him the GA tix for free. Ticketmaster isn’t allowing me to transfer. What do I do?
