Ticketmaster refunds (Las Vegas)

I had to sell my Tickets to Vegas fan to fan, but then the concert was canceled obviously. I have never received a refund and their website and customer service are horrible. Waited on hold an hour and had to give up. Anyone else have this happen or have a suggestion?

    Wouldn't the refund go to the person you sold the tix to?  Not sure how it works though

    You got paid for the tickets sold. Then you were charged for the tickets you sold so the F2F purchaser can get their money back. It's a wash. That's what happened for the tickets I sold for Sacramento.

    I never got the credit for the f2f sale the show was canceled a couple days later

    You never got paid via TM for the tickets sold? I see. Sorry. What a hassle.
