    In his separate opinion, Thomas acknowledged that Friday’s decision does not directly affect any rights besides abortion. But he argued that the constitution’s Due Process Clause does not secure a right to an abortion or any other substantive rights, and he urged the court to apply that reasoning to other landmark cases.

    Thomas wrote, “in future cases, we should reconsider all of this Court’s substantive due process precedents, including Griswold, Lawrence, and Obergefell.”

Eventually segregation will be up to the states. And that states people are moving to in droves are going to take giant shits on every one of them that doesn't live and look like the Cleavers.

    I have said as much for years.  Republicans for 25+ years have used the chase to ban abortions as the biggest net to weaponize these 1-issue-voters.  I didnt think they actually wanted to ban abortion.  The chase was all they needed to grab power.

    People like to say that Trump's terrible mocking of the disabled reporter is when it should have been over. Maybe so, but this was it for me. The GOP made a very transparent power-grab and were rewarded handsomely. Trump's name is going to be the first name mentioned in writings of how the United States became a dictatorship, but this was a huge milestone down this path. I hope Mitch's name lives in that kind of infamy too.
