What are my options for Europe tickets if I cannot use them?

I've already sent a message to Ten Club and didn't get a response, so I'm trying to see if folks have experience with something like this.

I have Ten Club tickets for 3 shows in July. Due to visa issues, I am unable to travel to Europe. I've never done a show in Europe before, so I don't know the exact process, but it seems like tickets need to be picked up somewhere with an ID? Does that mean the tickets are not transferable, and I just have to eat the cost?

    Unfortunately basically yes if you can't collect them they can't be used
