    In the late 80s/early 90's I use to send baseball cards to players in hope they would autograph and send them back. Tim Raines and Cecil Fielder were the only ones to ever send them back!

    The image can be found on a card from 1984 (Topps All-Star) so I think he was off the nose candy by then.
    I know the card.  I own it, lol.  Doesn't mean that this was the year he loved him.  It was right after this year where they all got caught I believe?  Hernandez, Berra, Raines, Parker.  They all got banged.  I remember seeing that on tv years ago.

    Yes and they got really screwed with the strike in 1994.  They probably would have won the world series that year.  Baseball lost me because of it and I have never looked back.  Any. chance of me giving a sh#% about baseball again was gone due to the steroid era.
