I think but im not 100% that tickets should already show in the ticketmaster/AXS app as pending - from what ive read on the AXS app you set up the mobile ID on the app which generates a QR code and thats your entry in - https://support.axs.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115002034107-What-is-AXS-Mobile-ID-.

The BST website also confirms this and says you also need to download the BST app - https://www.bst-hydepark.com/event-info/faqs/ticket-info-faqs

I got mine through Event Travel, (Ultimate Bar), via the BST site. I had an email a few weeks ago confirming all tickets were electronic (we had paid for commemorative which has been refunded).

Have done all the above, but not had an email and don't have anything at all showing in the apps. Starting to get a little nervous as Event Travel don't have the best rep, but as I wasn't using them for travel or accommodation took the plunge. Will give it until Tuesday then start chasing them.

I would guess maybe the special package ones have a different setup? I would also presume that you prob wont hear anything until 1-2 weeks before? I see Event Travel as official ticketer on the website too so cant see why would be issue - hopefully you hear soon though

Yeah, I was quite chill as the paperwork says usually 7-14 days before event, but seeing so many posts the last couple of days (across different platforms) that folks have their tickets showing pending makes the jitters start 😬
