    It would be nice if she just sent an email to everyone who bought one to let them know there was a delay and when they will actually ship.

    I emailed her today asking for an update.  Haven’t received an answer yet.

    So she just replied to my email and said all 100 posters shipped last week.  I’m not sure how the tracking can still say label created if it shipped last week.  It’s a little frustrating that each email response from her gives a different day the posters shipped.

    Weird.  You seem to have a pretty good understanding of UPS from working there.

    I had 2 UPS packages delivered last week that were sent after last Tuesday when she said she was shipping, and I have another UPS package coming tomorrow from a poster I ordered last week.

    My friend's tracking was created on Thursday 3/10 and hasn't updated, same with mine created 3/15.

    UPS ground only takes a few days.  I want to give her the benefit of the doubt, but it's getting harder to.

    I ordered Vault 1 vinyl from the UK store when they had some copies on March 5.

    It arrived today.  That seems like fast shipping for Pearl Jam stuff, especially international, and it makes the wait for the Seattle poster seem longer, even if they're not comparable situations.

    I don't get it.

    I honestly don't care at all that the poster doesn't seem to have shipped.

    I do care that she told me otherwise.  

    I don't even care about total transparency.  If she has some stuff going on that is more important, or if she didn't have the supplies to pack all the prints, that's cool and her business that doesn't need to be explained. 

    Just communicate that there's a delay and an honest/realistic estimate on shipping.

    Agreed.  She just needed to say that she was swamped and it’s taking longer than expected.

    My Seattle poster tracking just updated status to "on the way"

    It says it was dropped off in Secaucus this afternoon.

    Checked with a friend.  Theirs says the same thing.

    I have dropped off tubes before and they were not scanned along the way for god knows why. Just “label created” and “delivered”. USPS though.
