So… I got an email yesterday saying it shipped and the tracking said it would be delivered today.  But this morning I got an email from ups saying the tracking was updated to only Label Created.  So it hasn’t shipped yet.  This was after she originally said it would ship March 2nd and then told me last Friday that UPS was picking them up that afternoon.  The story seems to be changing frequently and with her cryptic post about needing to cancel orders because of issues with her shop I’m starting to get a bad feeling.  Hopefully it ships soon.

I emailed her on Moday.  She replied that half the orders were picked up by UPS last Friday and the other half would be picked up on Tuesday.

I just got a label printed Tuesday, and I know someone who had a label printed Friday with no movement still.

She definitely told me that it was going out Friday afternoon when I asked to let me know when I could it expect it.  But as of now I just have a label being printed and nothing shipped. 

I don't think it has anything to do with the website issues or cryptic message.

I think that it's just a lot of work to roll 100 prints, pack them in tubes, tape them up (hopefully), add the shipping labels.

A lot of artists who are newer to the gig poster scene aren't used to handling orders like this.

My San Diego tube didn't have the end caps taped, as others mentioned, but he also didn't use kraft paper, which led to some minor damage.

Sometimes I ask artists if they need help or advice on how to ship because Pearl Jam (and Phish) fans are pretty particular about condition most of the time.

Hopefully it updates soon.  There's a chance if 50 tubes were picked up that UPS didn't scan them individually, but I think sometimes it says item received still.

I'm not in a hurry to get it.  I just thought it would've shipped, and we had something stolen off our porch last week for the first time.  I've just been more anxious about packages since then.

It probably takes me a solid 10-15 imutes to roll a print, tube it, tape everything including the shipping label.  Plus, it's tedious.

Sometimes people on ebay or companies print out a shipping label and wait a few days to ship something, but the specifically said half had gone out and that the rest were being picked up.

Maybe UPS took 50 tubes at a time in a box and has not scanned them individually yet.  I like to take people at the word, but it seems like maybe she needed more time.  I guess we'll see in a few days.
