Los Angeles Ticket Refund Feb 17th Show

Does anybody know if Tenclub is in office?  With the covid postponement on the 17th show in Los Angeles being moved to 25th I've requested a refund per the email instructions but nobody has responded.  I know it can take up to 30 days but I haven't received any confirmation.  I appreciate the insight.
