This guy was hilarious.  He told a joke (as Funkhouser) on Curb that is probably the funniest thing I've ever heard.

    He was always hilarious on Letterman and he seemed to always make Dave genuinely laugh. You know you’re getting old when..............

    I freakin loved Super Dave as a kid!!  Never got into Curb but he was a great comedian. Always enjoyed his appearances on talk shows. Super Dave will always be tops though, it was like a human cartoon character.  Rest in peace, Bob!

    When I watched his show as a 7-year-old, I didn't even know he was a comedian. I just thought he was the world's worst stuntman.

    definitely fantastic.

    i went back and rewatched most of the super dave skits on youtube. those were even funnier now that i have seen them as an adult.
